DOW office to open at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6

LIHUE – The Department of Water (DOW) office will open at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, to accommodate a department staff training.  Normal business hours will resume on Thursday, November 7.

DOW’s normal lobby and walk-in service hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with business by phone available from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Customers may access their account information 24-hours a day via DOW’s Customer Account Portal at https://www.kauaiwater.kouwai.org/login [ https://www.kauaiwater.kouwai.org/login?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery ].
