The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring workplace safety, handling workers' compensation claims, filing general liability documents, maintaining OSHA 300 logs, and serving as the main point of contact for issues related to workers' compensation and general liability.

Job Description 【Safety Coordination】
• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.

【Workers' Compensation Handling & Filing】
• Act as the primary point of contact for all workers' compensation-related issues, including claim reporting, management, and communication with insurance providers.
• Ensure that all workers' compensation claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

【General Liability Filing】
• Handle the filing and management of general liability claims, including documentation of incidents and accidents involving employees, contractors, or third parties.
• Work with legal and insurance teams to ensure timely and accurate filing of all general liability reports.

【OSHA 300 Filing & Compliance】
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of OSHA 300 logs (Workplace Injury and Illness Logs), maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Review incident reports, medical records, and other documentation to accurately record workplace injuries and illnesses in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
• Provide assistance during OSHA inspections, audits, and investigations, ensuring that all required documentation is available and in compliance with safety regulations etc...
