安心して利用できる図書館

比較的治安がよい場所にあり、静かに読書ができるような公共の図書館はありませんか?
King stにある図書館は、ホームレスが取り囲むように路上生活していて、
パーキングするのも怖く、とても近寄れません。

図書館を利用する際の手続きなども併せて
教えていただければ幸いです。

図書館を利用する手続きとは、本を借りる時のことですか?
普通に図書館カードと本を受付に持って行く日本と同じシステムですよ。
あと、パソコン利用は予約ですが、空いてれば使えます。

King stの図書館ってメインライブラリーのことですか?
私はバスで行くせいか、ホームレスが取り囲むような路上生活してるの見たことないです。
メインライブラリーの中は机や椅子も沢山あり、とても静かに読書できますよ。

私がいつも気になっていたのは、
S.KingにあるMcCully - Moiliiliの図書館のことでした。
メインライブラリーのほうは、心置きなく読書ができそうな環境だということがわかりました。
