[Online ceremony consultation appointments]

According to the Unemployment Insurance Help Team, online consultations are handled by staff other than Examiners and Adjusters. Therefore, as mentioned in the article, if you have an appointment with an Examiner or Adjuster for an Overpayment or Pending consultation that requires their approval, the appointment will be cancelled later on.

In other words, it seems to be similar to the image of a "call center turned online".

They are currently only accepting reservations for 84 slots. Currently, only 84 slots are available. I tried to open the system to see how it works, but as I expected, there was a huge competition and the slots were filled years in advance.

My personal impression is that it is faster to contact the call center patiently than to wait forever for an online consultation appointment slot to become available.
