日本人の弁護士を探していますが、その方が何を専門としているか、さらには、相手先の弁護士とまったくの無縁であるかどうか(顔見知りの場合、いい加減な交渉をされる可能性もある)をどうやって調べればいいのでしょうか?

相手側の弁護士に相談なんかしたら情報がばれてしまい大変な事になりますよね。何系の相談ですか？ハワイ便利帳やイエローページに弁護士さんの広告が色々出ていますよ。送料をお支払いいただければ本代は無料なので郵送してあげます。

葬儀も諸般の事情で出席できず、遺品ももらいたいのに、弁護士や葬儀主催者から何の音沙汰もありません。高額な医療費がかかったとかというニュアンスを暗に聞かされている事情(実際はわかりません。veteranのご主人の保険に加入していたことは事実ですし)もあり、非常に困っています。
