下記のような記事を見つけたのですが日照時間も長く日差しも強いハワイではどうなのでしょうか?
皆さんの意見を聞かせてください。

美肌の秘密は温泉！?、シジミ！?－。化粧品会社のポーラ（東京）が発表した女性の肌の美しさを都道府県で順位付けした「ニッポン美肌県グランプリ」で、島根県が３年連続の１位となった。ポーラは「日照時間の短さや肌の水分を奪う風の少なさなどが要因だが、温泉や食事など生活面の影響もあるようだ」と話す。

松江市の玉造温泉。「化粧水温泉」の別名で呼ばれ、日本屈指の良質な成分が豊富だ。「銭湯に行く感じで温泉に入れる」と松江市の主婦、山本かつ子さん（５４）。県内には４００円ほどで入浴できる温泉施設が多い。

また、島根県はシジミの産地として知られる。シジミに含まれるオルニチンは近年、肌の新陳代謝を促す効果が注目。総務省によると、松江市民のシジミへの年間支出額は平成２３～２５年平均で１７６０円と全国１位だ。
