UIのバックデイトについて

1月から新しい職場で働き始め、3月末で仕事がなくなり4月にUI申請しました。しかし間もなくineligible for benefits at this time because of insufficient quarters and wages in base periodとレターが来たので、諦めていたところ6月にダメ元でPUAに申請。8月に却下、通常のUIに行けとの通知が有り。すぐさまUIに再申請すると以前と違いすんなり通り、8月末より受給して、追加の$300も二回振り込まれました。しかしそれ以前の$300 四週分やLWA＄600は受け取れず。本来なら4月から受給できたはずなのではと思い、一応UIサイト上でAppealしましたがまだPendingのままです。
このような場合バックデイトしてもらい、4月からの分を支払われる可能性はあるでしょうか？いきなり電話がかかってくるのでしょうか？また、書類を送付したりとするべきことはありますか？分からない事ばかりで諦めた方がいいのか悩んでいます。誰かご存知の方いらっしゃいましたら教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

Rickyさん、

1月から仕事を始めておられるので、Base PeriodによるWBA算出が出来なかったという理由で初回のUI申請が却下されたのだと思います。
↓
Ineligible for benefits at this time because of insufficient quarters and wages in base period

2回目のUI申請ではBase Periodではなく、Alternative PeriodでWBA算出されたのだと思います。しかし、RickyさんのAlternative Periodによる失業保険が4月から7月までの期間が支給対象になるのかどうかは定かではなく、UIオフィスの判断次第かと思います。

あまり期待しない程度にダメ元で事情説明と共に、以下を含めてバックデイト依頼してみてはいかがでしょうか。

（1）4月にInitial Applicationを申請した時のconfirmation numberとEmail ID number（Email IDはconfirmation numberが来た時のEメールの一番下に書かれています）
（2）UI却下レターコピー
（3）UI復活レターコピー
（4）8月末から始まった支給のスクショ
（5）名前、ソーシャルセキュリティーナンバー最後の4桁、住所、電話番号、Eメールアドレス

2週間経っても反応がなかったらフォローアップ電話をしてみて下さい。

わかりやすく教えていただきありがとうございます。バックデイト依頼先emailには以前、書いてある必要事項のみ書き込んで送った事があるのですが、全く音沙汰がなかったのでUIサイト内でAppealをやりました。
もう一度アドバイス頂いた要項を添付して送ってみようと思います。ありがとうございました。
