Does anyone know about Safe travels from Japan to Hawaii, or can I enter Hawaii without safe travels if I have a negative proof of PCR test ？ I have an iPad but no smart phone and don't know how to do it.

We recommend that you check https://travel.hawaii.gov/#/ for the latest information.
If you create an account here and provide the specified information in advance and meet all the requirements,
you will be exempt from quarantine once you enter Hawaii.

Also, depending on whether you are entering Hawaii from the U.S. or Japan, there are different medical facilities designated to obtain negative certification.
Please check the above site.

I also entered Hawaii from Japan last month on a JAL flight, and they had a pre-check service certified by the State of Hawaii.
When I checked in, they confirmed that I had completed the necessary application,
When I arrived at the Honolulu airport, all I had to do was show the stamp from the JAL counter
and the rest was the usual immigration process, followed by luggage pickup.

Similar service seems to be offered by Hawaiian Air.
Not only flights from Japan,
recently a friend of mine flew Hawaiian Air from the mainland to Hawaii, and they also provide the same service for domestic flights within the US.

There is a pre-check service, but it is better to register with the Hawaii Safe Travel website and
enter your travel information in advance.

lonsdale, sorry for the delay, I am new to vivinavi. I will be coming from Okinawa, so I will have to take the PCR test at Narita-Haneda airport. There is no Hawaii state designated hospital in Okinawa ． So I would like to take a flight with a connection time of 5 hours or more and do it on my iPad, but I am worried because I have never uploaded, downloaded, learned QR codes, etc. ？ I am not sure if the airline will be able to help me at the airport. Will the airlines help me at the airport I have my own condo if I can get into the country, so no problem.

Do you mean that you do not have to be exempted from quarantine as long as you can enter the country ？
If so, you can probably get on a plane
with a negative certificate issued by a Hawaii state-licensed medical facility at Haneda ・ Narita. （ This is only a guess. ！ ）
