Thankfully, my parents in Japan send me cardboard boxes of things to Hawaii quite often, but it costs a lot of money for shipping. I know there are some things that I can get in Hawaii, but I want to send them to my grandchildren.

I heard that small parcels are not accepted in the US yet.

I am not knowledgeable about real estate contracts and would like to discuss a request to vacate a rented house. I am currently living in a place where there is a main house and a separate building on one property, and I am renting in the separate one. The main house is also rented and occupied by another family. I have just received an email from the realtor giving me 45 days to move out.
The realtor says it is because they want to rent both buildings to one family.
It seems that the realtor did not make it clear, but it is because the family next door wants to use the separate building we are currently living in.
I can understand if the house owner wants to sell the house, rebuild, etc., but it is somewhat understandable that we have to leave because the tenants next door have outgrown their space and want to use the
place we are now living in.
I know that if the owner issues an eviction order, we have to leave within 45 days, but is there any particular problem with being disadvantaged because of another tenant?
