I am having trouble with how to dispose of old LED, fluorescent, and other bulbs that contain mercury.
I was told that HomeDepot collects them, but when I actually went there, I found that they only accept regular light bulbs and not those containing mercury.
If I throw them away as they are, they will pollute the environment with mercury, and I am in trouble.
Do you know where I can safely dispose of them ？?

Hello.
I recently contacted the Regular Unemployment Office regarding unemployment insurance and I am not receiving Special Federal Payment weekly $ 600 （ 7 ・ 31 ・ until 2020 ） so I was told to appeal.
I was asking about this Special Federal Payment because I was transitioning from Regular UI to PUA at that time and was surprised to hear that I could receive it because I had not heard from UI and PUA either. I was told in May of this year and a phone interview took place recently.
However, I was told that the results were not acceptable. They said the reason was because of the delay in contacting me.
I was told that this Special Federal Payment is automatically transferred to my account and I do not need to apply for it, so I am going to apply for it anyway, even though I may not be approved again.

I tried applying an over-the-counter tape type for about 30 minutes before, but it didn't work at all.

I am considering a trip from Japan to Hawaii, but I am currently unvaccinated. Due to a pre-existing medical problem, I am unable to vaccinate. The doctor can give me a medical certificate explaining the reason for the unvaccinated. Hi I'm going back to Japan in September and I'm applying for my daughter's US passport at the end of this month.
I was expecting to receive it in a week or so like in Japan, but when I looked at the website it says 8-11 weeks and I discovered that would not be enough time for the travel date. How long did it take you guys here to get your US passport from the time you applied for it to the time you got it?
Or do you know if there is anything I can do to get it in time?

I have a green card renewal coming up and am planning to renew it myself through the USCIS website.
I am renewing for an adult and two children.
Do I have to create a USCIS account for each child as I did for the adult?
Next I am trying to file for a child, but I don't see where I can file for a child from the adult account,
I am wondering if there is one account per child ？.
