生活に困っています

未婚の母です。子供はまだ10か月です。
子供を知人に預けフルタイムで仕事をしていますが、家賃、光熱費、かなり生活はかつかつです。
私のような立場の人間は生活保護を受けれる対象でしょうか？
受けれるとしたらどこで手続きをしたら良いのでしょうか？
フードスタンプとはどういうものでしょうか？
何も知らずに母になり情けないです。どなたかアドバイスいただけたらと思います。

色々な状況があると思います。
大変ですよね。
私は犬がいるのでシェルターに行くことをやめ、違う方法を探して見つけました。生活保護というのは分かりませんけれど、ドメスティックバイオレンスセンターからホットラインの番号を教えてもらえます。
何にしても状況に合わせた対処方法を教えてくださいます。
調べてみてください。
でもお知り合いがお子様を見てくださっているのなら頼れる方がいるのかな？
あとファミリーセンターだったかな。調べてみてください。

日本に帰られたら如何ですか？ハワイは物価が高く皆、生活が大変です。そんな中納めてる税金から出る生活保護、あまり安易に考えていただきたくはないです。

グリーンカードですか？
ハワイは5年以上住んでいないとフードスタンプはもらえないみたいですが、お子さんがアメリカ国籍があればフードスタンプ
母子手当を貰えると思います。

He has been on several different online forums on and off over the last decade. Since he live on Japanese welfair till today, And he is now 50, he has been trolling and causing chaos wherever he has been using different usernames and sex.
