Hello. I am planning to return to Japan next month
and was going to
rent a pocket Wi-Fi from Hawaii, but it was already fully booked.

If I can't connect to freeWi-Fi immediately at Narita airport quarantine
I don't think I can use the fast track app on my phone
（ It's an optional app so it doesn't seem absolutely necessary ）
I'll have a hard time entering the country I'm worried about that.

My kids and I have unlocked sim free iphones, but
we usually use H2o sims, so we don't have a contract with a major US cell company.

My child has dual US/Japan citizenship and entered Japan with a Japanese passport and is now in Japan. I would like to have the name on the return ticket changed to the name on the U.S. passport, but I am having trouble getting in touch with Zipair at all.
