●他にも希望者がいると言い急いでデポジットを要求する。

●フレンドリーな対応をしつつ、チェックアウト日の分まで
　宿泊費を要求する。早朝出ていくなら不要と言う。

快適に滞在してもらおうなど配慮はない。
部屋を貸してあげるんだからという上から目線の家主。
新築の家だからと騙されないように気を付けて下さい。
良識のある人でしたらきっと見極められると思います。
なかなか決まらない部屋のようですので。
