Free PCR tests available in Hawaii for entry into Japan, I used the RT-PCR test
（ test from a lab called Capture Diagnostics that was at the Waikiki Shell in March The test was done by the National Kidney Foundation in partnership with the State of Hawaii. ） and uploaded the scans to Fast Track, where they were approved and I was able to enter Japan with the scans without printing them out.

This place closed on 4/20, but I took a PCR test yesterday at Nomi Health in the parking lot across from Longs at Ala Moana Center and uploaded it to Fast Track today to try and get approved.
It has to be the PCR test, not Antigen. The results came within 24 hours, but I was told it could take up to 72 hours, just in case.

I scrubbed and uploaded the PDF negative certificate. However, as someone above wrote, they will close on 5/31. I asked the staff.
So if you are returning to Japan until the end of May, you can test for free, but after that you have to look for other options again. If the Japanese government didn't at least require the type of specimen, we would have more options ・ ・.
There don't seem to be many other countries that require a specimen type for a negative test.

Aloha Clear is the one at Waikiki Shell, which is usually more expensive since it's no longer free ！
Nomi Health is separate from NIU Health; NIU Health is a tenant at Ala Moana Center, but Nomi Health has a temporary testing area in the parking lot. Nomi Health has a temporary testing area in the parking lot.
Exit Longs from the parking lot side and go straight to the back of the parking lot where the testing area is located.

Nomi Health only accepts same-day or next-day appointments and is basically a walk-in clinic.
It is also a hassle to do this on the day of the appointment, so you can pre-register your personal information the day before or the day of your appointment, so it is a good idea to do this before you go.

Once you register, a QR code will be issued and you will be accepted by showing a screenshot of the code.
When you take the test, you will be asked "PCR or Antigen?" Be sure to say PCR, if it's Antigen, when I took it months ago, the specimen was not written.
PCR tests are supposed to give results in 24 ～ 72 hours, but I took mine after 1pm and got the results in the mail around 10am the next morning. You have to log in and open the PDF, but
with iPhone use, Safari popups are turned off by default, so you have to turn them on before the negative proof PDF will open. This can be turned off in iPhone Settings ＞ ＞ Safari.

I would register my information 3 mornings before my flight or the day before, take the test as soon as possible after 72 hours before, and get the results 24 hours later. This will be uploaded to fast track.

When you go to Japan, you don't need a printed copy, just show them the screener. In my case, I showed the scrip at Honolulu airport and had no chance to show it at all in Japan.

I downloaded it from my PC and printed it out. Actually, when I flew back to Japan by JAL in early April, after presenting MySOS, I was also requested to present a negative certificate. Nomi Health Ala Moana didn't have the time slot I wanted, so I just did the Pre-registry, got the QR code, and went to WALK-IN yesterday evening around 4:00 pm for the PCR test.
There was not that long of a line and everything was done in about 5 minutes.

I received the negative result just after 9:00 this morning without incident, uploaded a screenshot of the test result to Fast Track, and it took about an hour to complete the review and turn green.
It was smoother than I expected ！

I haven't been on this board for a while, but I'm glad to see that many of you were able to use Nomi and return home for free ！ I heard that Nomi may possibly continue testing after June, and I called Nomi and asked them about it, and they said they would announce when they made a decision. I was approved by MySOS with a negative certificate from Nomi Health and was able to safely enter Japan.
In Japan, they only showed me the green screen and never looked at the negative certificate I had printed.

The reason I can't open the PDF on my iPhone is because it has a pop-up blocker.
Settings → Safari → Pop-up blocking is on so turn it off （ Touch the button that is green and it turns gray ）.
Go back to the Nomi Health download screen again and press the download button, "This site will open a pop-up window" will appear in the center of the screen, press "Allow Press "Allow. You will now see the negative proof.

I had a PCR test done at Flea Health before my flight on the 30th. The result was positive. Unlike Antigen™ (Rapid ）), PCR is supposed to show positive for 1 to 3 months even after the symptoms are gone.
By the way, it took exactly 12 hours to get the test result. For your information.

I am glad to hear that Nomihealth has been postponed until the end of June. Thanks to this topic, I too have arrived safely in Japan with Nomihealth with MySOS changed to green. At the airline check-in counter in Honolulu, most people were told to produce paper certificates, and some people did not have paper certificates ready or were refused with this certificate. Some of those who were turned down called someone and shrugged and said, "I can't ride anymore today, come pick me up. I had my certificate printed out and ready just in case, but the person in charge of me only posted MySOS and never mentioned the paper certificate, and I was lucky to check in quickly. You don't need your passport number. It is written in Q&A of the negative certificate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the full name and date of birth are all that is needed. the Nomi Health certificate says both.

I was never asked to show the negative certificate issued by the government after arriving in Japan.

I also had a PCR test done at Nomi and am safely on my way back home temporarily.
At Nomi, there were about 10 people in line in front of me, but I showed them the QR code and the test was done in a few minutes.
I was told that the test result would take 24 to 72 hours, but I did the test in the evening and received the email at 9:00 the next morning, so it was within 24 hours. MYSOS turned green, so I didn't paper the negative certificate because I thought I could just show it to the screener.
At the JAL check-in counter, the people showing the negative certificate form were foreigners who were connecting in Tokyo, and most Japanese people just showed the green screen of MYSOS.
