経済対策の個人給付について

今回、個人給付で政府から国民一人当たり大人＄１２００　子供＄500が支給されますが、例外もあり扶養家族の１７歳以上の人は支給されなくなっております。私の息子もこちらに該当しており、残念ながら今回の支給対象から外れてしまいました。ハワイは親子で同じ住まいをしている家庭が多いと聞きますから、今回の支給でこの条件に当てはまり支給されない息子さん娘さんも多いのではないでしょうか？政府にはかなりの苦情が出てるみたいで、もしかしたら救済措置があるかもしれませんがその辺の情報に詳しい方いらっしゃいませんか？
