Problem / Need advice

最近は皆、Ｉｐｈｎｅを持っているのが常識のようですが、
ファミリープランだと割安ですが、一人だと月の支払いもかなりです。
また、仕事をしている間、いったいどのくらいインターネットを使うのかなど
いまいちわかりません。
スマートホンではやはり機能的に劣るのでしょうか?
支払いの負担が軽く、それなりに機能が使えるというプラン、機種、メーカーなどありましたら
どなたかアドバイス下さい。

ドコモUSAで月々１５ドルのプランがあるらしい。日本にかけても米国内通話と同じ値段とか。。。あまり使わないんだったら、それどうですか?
