家賃のデポジットについて

こちらでも紹介していた家を借りました。
家を出て3か月以上経ちますが、デポジットが返ってきません。
オーナーが海外にいるというのもあり、全然連絡とれません。
このまま泣き寝入りするしかないのでしょうか。
何か良い方法ご存じの方、ぜひ知恵をお貸しください。

大家は二週間デポジットをホールドする権利があると聞きました。

二週間たっても返さない場合は、アクション起こしたほうがいいと思うよ。

ポリスに行ったのですが、そういう案件は扱っていないといわれました（＞＜）
弁護士に依頼するといくらくらいかかるのでしょうか。
どなたかご存知でしたら教えて下さい。

デポジットは返してもらえましたか？
デポジットに関するトラブルは、警察ではなくSmall Claims Courtに行くことになります。
弁護士に相談することはできますが、Small Claims Courtで裁判になった場合に代理人を立てることはできません。

もしまだ解決していないようでしたら、泣き寝入りせずにがんばってください。
