When you start a new job or change payroll companies or HR jurisdictions, you will need to enter "Last Day Worked" when you apply for Reactivate a Claim. Please follow the steps below. Please follow the steps below.

If you are in a temporary layoff:
Enter the date of the Reactivate a Claim application as "Last Day Worked".

If Worked:
Enter the last day of the week worked. For example, if your first day was January 11 （ Monday ）, and you worked January 13 （ Wednesday ） January 15 （ Friday ）, and you apply for Reactivate a Claim after January 17 （ Sunday ）, enter January 15 as "Last Day Worked". Enter January 15 as "Last Day Worked" when filing a Reactivate a Claim on or after January 17 Sunday .

We have received some new information that we couldn't believe our ears, so we are sharing it with you as a reminder. We know that many of you are looking for a new job.

One person received an offer letter after interviewing for a job and turned it down without reason, and the Details section in the filing showed the following, which completely voided his unemployment insurance.

Pending decision on refusing an offer of suitetable work.

The reason for this is that the employer to whom the applicant was applying reported to the UI office that the applicant had refused the offer letter. This arrangement is the normal rule laid down by the UI Office for companies.

Please be cautious and careful when turning down offer letters without reason, especially since large companies tend to follow this arrangement very closely.

For example, if the offer letter is far from the hourly rate or conditions listed in the job posting, it is a good idea to explain this to the potential employer and keep a copy to show the UI office later.

There were several people on the locals' board who went through the same thing and lost their unemployment insurance eligibility.

[Regarding the recent Glitch （ System Error ）

I saw a share about Glitch and I would like to share it.

Glitch has been happening since last week due to （ ？ ） impact of system implementation of PEUC 11 weeks extension and FPUC $300 per week. If you see the following, it is a Glitch on the part of the UI office. No need to worry, just wait and see until the PEUC 11-week extension is introduced into the system.

Status indication on filing:
●Disqualified

Details indication on filing:
●Failure to accept all work available
● Inactive period - Break in claim filing

Account balance location:
●12/29/2020 Benefit Year End deadline

Email notification:
● Hirenet Registration, Submit List of 3 Appliers

My balance has been pending since my payment on October 3, and last week I finally received my 10/3 payment and my balance is now zero …
Now that my balance is finally zero, I would like to apply for an extension of unemployment insurance, but I am not sure if I can apply for PEUC (for the 1st time) anymore. ？
When I go to the website, all I see is an application for EB20 (click here).
Some people seem to be cancelling their EB20 applications to apply for PEUC (second time) …

I am afraid that if I make a mistake in my application, I will be further away from receiving my EB20 … I am very nervous.

I have tried to contact the UI several times, but they just say they will get back to me and nothing is going on.

From what you said, you have used up your account balance for the very first UI you applied for. The first "PEUC 13-week extension" program ended last year. Currently, those who have used up their UI account balance are in the process of moving to the "PEUC 11-Week Extension" program.

Please wait until the "PEUC 11 Week Extension" application link appears in the UI system. Also, please try to enter the date in the weekly filing and file as much as you can enter.

The current EB20 application is for people who have used up their first "PEUC13 Weeks Extension" account balance and do not need to file yet. coco will use her "PEUC11 Weeks Extension" account balance and then file for EB20.
