楽観視してたけど
コロナの感染者数過去最高記録、最近出てましたね
私もこうなる事は予測出来なかった
ハワイは島だし大丈夫だと思ってたから
考え変わったよ
急転換って感じ
アメリカ本土は大変そうだ
日本が頑張ってくれるでしょう
私は日本に期待だ

こちらに来て浮浪者の多さ、街の汚さに驚きました。
不動産屋さんに今からまだまだ土地やマンションの価値は上がっていく一方、電車もできるしと言われましたが、個人的にはすたれてい行く一方だろうと思っています。
観光客がいなくなったら、今働いている人たちはどうするんだろうなと思います。数十年前とずいぶん変わってしまいましたね。残念です。
とにかく、頭のおかしい人と浮浪者が多すぎで話になりません。

投稿された文章は予知的だったのでしょうが
お返事的と言う意味では私も
浮浪者、治安、詐欺まがい等その他考えると昨年辺りがハワイバブルの絶頂期なのかと思ったりして先行き心配してましたが
これで現実、益々浮浪者、犯罪、詐欺師が増えて、離島する（不動産は分かりませんが）裕福層が増えて経済がどうなるのかと考え（予測）中です

私は４年以上前の古いハワイを知らない者です。ここ３年の最近のハワイしか知りません。だから勝手に思っていました。
今のハワイは治安が良い、ホームレスは減少した、ハワイは建物が多くなって立派になった、ハワイの街は綺麗なんだと勝手に思ってました。

昔はエアポートも外からの出入り自由で和やかな感じだったと聞いてます。車もトラックの荷台にたくさんの人が乗ってて、レーンの割り込みにも寛容でシャカサイン、ってな感じの人に優しいハワイだったらしいです。
