My relatives are angry with the funeral home because they think there is something suspicious about it.

① The ceremony control manager, a 60-something woman, was not supposed to have a greeting at the beginning of the service, nor was she apologetic.

On the day of the ceremony, the ceremony manager herself was so engrossed in handling the audio equipment that she ignored the mourners' calls all the time due to the delayed start of the ceremony.

There was no one in charge of audio equipment on the day ＝ > The ceremony control manager took over for him, but he didn't move ？ He was focused and silent the whole time. He doesn't even look up.

The ceremony did not start even 10 minutes past the start time, and gradually the attendees started scurrying around, so the mourner said, "Let's start with a greeting from the mourner's family representative" and the ceremony started.
After all, the control manager was still absorbed in the operation, not even looking up or answering ？ or rather ignoring it. ！ ！ No apology.

Question: is this normal ？ ？

② I had a contracted photo movie time of the deceased.　Unexpectedly, the sound did not work.

The mourner's family members broadcasted music from their cell phones with a microphone.　There is a gap between the video and the movie, but the movie enters a movie endless state. 。。。。

Mourner's family members even more angry.

No apology from the wedding hall.
The ceremony manager was silent and expressionless, as if the movie was already made.

③ Contractual agreement that the company would transport the casket with six people (30 years ago ≪) =>

The Japanese person in charge at the accounting firm I have been using for my personal Tax Return for 7 years has quit, so I am planning to look for the next place.

But I want to tell the existing accounting firm that I am terminating my continuance now.

I am currently in Japan and will return to Hawaii in a few days.
So I am making a list of items to purchase for customs when I enter the country.

However, when I returned to Hawaii last June and this January,

- Immigration officer asked me if I had anything to declare ？ and I answered truthfully
- After picking up your luggage, you are not asked anything at the customs gate and walk out of the airport

After 2 days of observation, I called the hospital's phone counseling service for the pain that did not go away. A nurse answered, and the nurse who answered the phone made an urgent appointment with a doctor for 3 days later.
If it had been online, I would have had to wait 2 weeks. Tears

5 days after the onset of pain, doctor appointment date.
The pain seems to have subsided a little, but it still hurts when I dare to touch it. I told this to the doctor and asked him to take a look at it, and he said it was a buried hair that had festered.
He said the pain was caused by an abscess near the nerve.

I shave the hair and it burrows. He says, I didn't shave the hair, and he says the partial bald spot is festering, but I say it's buried hair.

Well, buried hair is fine, but all I got that day was a diagnosis and a prescription for antibiotics.

I say it's a swollen mass, but she says it's atheroma ？ atheroma ？ I say a lot of things, but she says she doesn't know ？ what that is ！ she says it's a misinterpretation.

My parents also had a powdery sore that festered and was removed by a dermatologist, but my home doctor said mine will be taken care of. I want a referral to a dermatologist or surgeon, but they say it's me. 。。。。 I wonder if that's their specialty.

and my next appointment is just an x-ray ？ echo ？ or something, 12 days after the pain occurred. I'm like, when the hell am I going to get the next one out?

In Japan, she attended English conversation lessons once a week but speaks very little English.
