I am a greek card holder living in Hawaii.
I am considering going back to Japan for the first time in several years, but I have not been vaccinated. I have done some research and found out that vaccination is required for foreigners over 18 years of age to enter the U.S., but it says "U.S. citizens and permanent residents are exempted. However, it is stated that "U.S. citizens and permanent residents of the United States shall be exempted. If there are any Hawaii residents or residents of other states who have returned from Japan without the vaccine, I would appreciate any messages or information you can give me. Thank you in advance.

Hello. My sister is coming from Japan and I will be going to Japan with her afterwards.
I checked here at BibiNavi Hawaii and it seems that Hawaii residents can get a free PCR test, but
can I make an appointment for my sister who is traveling from Japan and get a free test for her as well?
Do I need some kind of Hawaiian ID or something?
If not, where is the cheapest place to take the test ？ I would appreciate it if you could tell me ！.

Hello.
I am in Hawaii on an F1 visa and will be returning to Japan this month.
I had my 3rd booster last month at Longs Drug. The only certificate I received after the vaccination was a document issued by Longs Drug.
I am wondering if this document will be approved as an official document when I enter Japan. If anyone has any information, I would like to know.
I have the 1st and 2nd inoculation certificates issued by the Japanese local government, so I can enter Japan itself, but I would like to reduce the quarantine period as much as possible.

By the way, I have already confirmed about the vaccine card issued by CDC.
I was told that the vaccine card is only given to those who received the first vaccination in the U.S., and that it is not issued to those who received only the third vaccination in the U.S. like me.

I am planning to book a very far in advance on JAL for a temporary return trip to Japan. I am looking at

JAL's website, but the cheapest ticket is not changeable or cancelable, so there is no refund if something goes wrong, so I am thinking about another ticket, ＄ about 40 more expensive but cancelable or changeable (only ＄ 250 to 300 fee required). $ 300 fee).

What do you guys use for sunscreen for the face ？
I'm looking for something that goes on smooth and doesn't get shiny as much as possible over time.
I would like a strong SPF, but will a strong SPF make me feel sticky?

I would also like to know if you have any recommendations for blemish prevention.
