Hello.
I am going on a trip to Hawaii next week for 2 weeks, but I have a corona infection and was in home quarantine until yesterday.
I had an antigen test done this morning and it was negative, but I heard that PCR tests can be positive for several weeks after infection.

I will return to Japan one month after my corona infection, but I am worried about the PCR test before returning to Japan.
I understand that I can get a consular letter if I still test positive after a complete recovery, but do you know what is required or when I should apply to the consulate?
Can I just get a medical care certificate or something like that from the municipal health center? (It shows the date of corona infection.)
