I checked the Hawaii Visitors Bureau website and found that ！
*Pre-test （ PCR NAAT test or antigen test ） is possible even if the test is not performed by a Hawaii State recommended medical facility. The Hawaii Tourism Authority recommends that negative certificates be written in both English and Japanese or in English, as it may be necessary to confirm the results not only at the time of departure from Japan, but also locally in Hawaii.

I received a PUA through last year, but this year I have not received the 1099-G required for Tax Returen.
Tax Prepare says I should be able to see it from the same site where I received my PUA, but the PUA site has been removed and the site itself is not there.
I think I read about it in the business news late last year or something, but when I actually try to access it, I can't.
Tax Prepare says, "Folks, we're getting it from the site you were receiving it from..." I'm saying that 。。。。
