Every time I go to Japan, I buy a large bottle of Japanese gargle every time I visit Japan, but due to the recent Corona pandemic, my whole family has finally tested positive for Corona and we have run out of the gargle we bought in Japan. The children have already returned to school after the positive result, but the adults still have sore throats, so I asked my family doctor for a prescription for gargle medicine, but he told me that they do not use gargle medicine in the U.S. and that I should gargle with a painkiller spray or a little salt in warm water. I was told to gargle with a painkiller spray or a small amount of salt in lukewarm water.

I am currently a student on the island of Hawaii, and I am planning to apply for a Hawaii state driver's license under the test waiver system for a driver's license obtained in Japan. I understand that I need to visit the Honolulu Consulate in person to apply for the driver's license excerpt certificate with all the necessary documents, but do I also have to go to the counter in person to pick it up? I understand that it takes 5 days to receive the certificate, but is it possible to have it mailed to me?

I live on the Big Island of Hawaii, so I am wondering if I have to go all the way to Oahu to get a room or make two round trips to submit and receive my application.... I am wondering.

I came to Hawaii a week ago with the goal of learning English through the Nice program at UH.
I managed to get two months off and applied to the school and was told to get a student visa, which I did as instructed.
