Dear Sunset, Everyone

I checked on 4/7/2021 after filing for the week of 4/3/2021 and the red "YOUR CLAIM WILL EXPIRE ON 03/20/2022 AND YOUR ELIGIBILITY FOR BENEFITS STILL NEEDS TO BE DETERMINED." disappeared and "Your benefit year ends 03/20/2022. As of 04/07/2021 you have been paid $ 0 and have a balance of $ ○○○○○ available .".
For files, same as #113Masae,
for 3/27, waiting period
for 4/3, it was showing PENDING.
And today, I checked the week of 3/27/2021 (4/9/2021) and found that the week of 3/27/2021 was still in waiting period and
the week of 4/3/2021 was Peocessed.
However, the amount is the "Your PEUC Weekly Benefit Amount" in the letter that came on 3/29/2021: ...... $ ▲ ▲ ▲" was
less than the amount in the letter that came 3/29/2021.
The balance shown under Claim Inquiry is
"Your benefit year ends 03/20/2022. As of 04/07/2021 you have been paid $ ●●●● (this payment amount) and have a balance of $ ○○○○○ ( $ ●●● ✖ ️25 weeks ߋ) available.".
I thought it was less ＃ 21 of $ 25 rules, but it was different from the amount in the letter, so I will share.

Please note that I am only speculating. → At the time I received the Revised letter in the mail on March 29, the WBA had not yet been calculated, so I feel that the WBA shown on my UI account this time is the final decision from the second Initial Application submission. Perhaps a second Revised Letter will arrive in the mail at a later date.

If you are not satisfied with the WBA, we recommend that you contact the call center （ until you are satisfied, and if possible, have an Examiner ） explain the process.

Letter received before the WBA was finalized, and email by Glitch... the UI office continues to confuse us.... The UI office must be in a whirlwind of confusion as well.

My 3rd PEUC was approved yesterday until 06/27/2021.
I have been receiving unemployment insurance since the end of March 2020 when my company took a leave of absence with a "stay at home order."

"This claim has expired as of 03/21/2021." and the Claim period was not extended after more than 2 weeks.
After a phone call to DLIR that finally connected, the claim was extended immediately and I was able to file the claim.

Just then, I asked, "Did you receive money from the company?" I was asked, 'We have a record that you received $00.00 cents from the company between April and September 2020, what is this ？?'
"When was the money paid ？?" I asked, to which he replied, "I don't know the details.
I happened to record it and I discovered that the amount was the sum of two March paychecks transferred by the company in April 2020 （ It even fit the paycheck and ¢ units ）.

I have never reported that money to DLIR before.
Apparently, the DLIR system shows a report from the company that they paid $0, even though I don't know the details of that payment.

I told them that the amount was my salary for work done before I applied for unemployment insurance.
After being put on hold for a while, they responded 'wait a week or so and it will be OK' （ It was actually extended the same day ）.

I also emailed and faxed DLIR, but got no response.
But one phone call solved the problem （ I couldn't get through to the operator and kept shouting "One!" into the receiver ） .

Then I found out that I should be able to answer when asked about the money I had received since applying for unemployment insurance.
whether it be legitimate salary, paid vacation, or severance pay.
These are my cases.

[19th Proclamation]

I am sharing the link to the 19th new proclamation by Governor Ige last night. It is on pages 24-25 regarding unemployment insurance.

However, there are many phrases that even locals have difficulty understanding, so we asked the unemployment help team to explain them. As it turns out, there is nothing particularly important about unemployment insurance.

Immediately after submitting the second Initial Application, the "Waiting Period - All claimants must serve a mandatory one-week waiting period on a new claim. The waiting period is the first week of unemployment on your claim in which you meet all of the eligibility requirements and are not disqualified. You must file for the waiting period week even though no benefits will be paid to you. In short, "this indication will simply disappear from the UI system. The applicant only needs to follow the same procedure as before.

Also, until the Hawaiian government or the UI office makes an official announcement, job search and job search reports will continue to be exempted.

If you are asked a job search question in your weekly filing, you may answer the following questions each week.

Do you keep the record ？ → Yes

The UI office encourages but does not mandate Hirenet registration. However, it is not impossible that the UI Office will start checking whether applicants are registered with Hirenet or not, depending on the conclusion of the federal Congress on what to do with unemployment insurance after September, in light of the Corona situation. I also recommend that you register with Hirenet.
