I would like to file a tax return from Japan if possible, but we currently do not have a local address and have not received the necessary documents such as a w-2.

I set up my own store on the sales site Etsy in FY2021 and had sales of about $5000.
I had registered my tax information with Etsy to receive a 1099-K if I met the criteria, but when I looked at my account today in February, it said "You are not eligible for a 1099-K this year.
I thought that in the state of Hawaii, you have to have $600 or more to meet the criteria, but I guess I was mistaken.
If a 1099 is not eligible for a 1099, is it sufficient to provide the sales amount and expenses when requesting a tax return from the Accounting Service?

By the way, I have a GE license because I need it for another job and I have already paid my 2021 GETax for Etsy sales.

I have no idea about taxes, so I am asking here because I don't want to be missing any documents that I need to have in order before my tax return.

Every time I go to Japan, I buy a large bottle of Japanese gargle every time I visit Japan, but due to the recent Corona pandemic, my whole family has finally tested positive for Corona and we have run out of the gargle we bought in Japan. The children have already returned to school after the positive result, but the adults still have sore throats, so I asked my family doctor for a prescription for gargle medicine, but he told me that they do not use gargle medicine in the U.S. and that I should gargle with a painkiller spray or a little salt in warm water. I was told to gargle with a painkiller spray or a small amount of salt in lukewarm water.

I found a Japanese gargle on Amazon, but it is expensive ($30 for a small bottle), so I was wondering if anyone has any information about Japanese supermarkets in Hawaii where you have seen it? I am currently a student on the island of Hawaii, and I am planning to apply for a Hawaii state driver's license under the test waiver system for a driver's license obtained in Japan. I understand that I need to visit the Honolulu Consulate in person to apply for the driver's license excerpt certificate with all the necessary documents, but do I also have to go to the counter in person to pick it up? I understand that it takes 5 days to receive the certificate, but is it possible to have it mailed to me?

I live on the Big Island of Hawaii, so I am wondering if I have to go all the way to Oahu to get a room or make two round trips to submit and receive my application.... I am wondering.

Any information would be appreciated.

I came to Hawaii a week ago with the goal of learning English through the Nice program at UH.
I managed to get two months off and applied to the school and was told to get a student visa, which I did as instructed.
I went to the school for 2 days, but I just can't get used to the atmosphere of the school. I don't like the content of the lessons.
