I was wondering if anyone has recently exchanged their JR Pass at JR East Ekitabi Concierge Airport Terminal 2 around 6pm at Narita Airport, and could you tell me how crowded it was ？ How long did it take from the time you started waiting in line until you were able to exchange your pass at the counter? ？
