For those who do not know where to find the online consultation appointment link, I am posting it here. For those who have trouble connecting to the phone, please use this link. If you check often, there will be openings suddenly.

Online consultation is available for （ Glitch correction, backdating, etc ） without Examiner's permission. are accepted.

Overpayment, etc. requires Examiner approval, so even if you make an appointment, the UI office will cancel your appointment at a later date. Even if the appointment is cancelled, the UI office will call you back in some cases. Take any phone number while you are waiting.

Please note that the information sharing between the call center staff （ and the non-examiner staff ） and the top management is not working, so the advice is not always the same.

What is clear is that you do not need to File an Initial Claim if you have not worked since you first applied for unemployment insurance. This is even if you receive paid vacation income.

In extending the PEUC from June to September, the rule has not changed from what it was in March.

Please do not be overconfident of the call center whose advice has been disjointed, but reconfirm it by going back and looking through the past threads on this topic from around March to today. The examples shared by many of you are especially helpful.

I never worked during my UI entitlement period but received paid time, so I received an email to file an INITIAL claim after 7/4.
I was told that this was a glitch, so I looked at it first, and after the benefit year expired on 6/30, it was not automatically extended and I called the office today, one week after it expired. I called the office and told them that I did not receive the email as Sunset advised, but only that the expiration date would not be extended.
After confirming that I was still employed, had never worked there, etc., I was told "I'm going to check with the supervisor now, and when it's approved, you'll see it on the dashboard" I checked about an hour later and it had been successfully extended until September. I really shouldn't have said anything as I was never asked if I had received an email with the initial claim. Also, I had called them before when my previous extension didn't go smoothly, and they asked me for the amount and date of the pay I received. So I had that information ready this time as well, but this time they didn't mention the pay at all. But I think it is better to be able to answer the questions when you call. By the way, the second time the phone was busy, I was put on hold and had to wait 45 minutes to speak with them. I guess it really depends on timing too. I posted this in the hope that it would be helpful.

If you are in doubt about the authenticity of the advice given by the staff at the call center, it is better to push them to "please reconfirm with the Examiner".
