I am always encouraged that I am not alone.
Thank you so much. I finally got my deposit confirmed today. I was watching over my account for a day yesterday wondering if I should re-register my deposit account, but I finally got a break.

To be honest, I am tired of the troubles that come with each program changeover, but the fact that it has gone more smoothly than before makes me feel that the efforts of the office staff, led by Director Anne, have overcome major obstacles and are gradually improving. I really appreciate everything.

I've been responding less to thank you in order to leave useful information for others to see. I know I have not responded to some of them, but I hope you understand.

I too had my status changed to Processed-Pending last night and it was Processed this morning. 300$ was added to all my crimes until 2/13. I called UI and they processed it right away.

thanks for all the updates.

I should be in the first round group （ I applied for EB20 on 12/23 ） which expired on 12/19, but I still can't file because my balance is not increasing.
I called around yesterday all business hours （ probably 500-600 times ） but no connection.
When I got through on the 11th, I was told that I was waiting for the second PEUC, so I should just wait （ and no need to cancel the EB20 ） but
I am afraid that the person who answered the phone was not the one I missed something, because the response was different for each person. I am concerned.
I wonder if there are any local people in this situation ？
If you know anything about this, I would appreciate it.

I would like to transcribe what co2 wrote in another topic to make it easier for those who read this forum for reference to understand the situation.

"Here is my situation: my PEUC expired on 12/19 and I applied for EB20 on 12/23. Below are two identical situations.
◎ No call from UI OFFICE to confirm PEUC2or EB20 selection
◎ Cannot even SURVEY UI HOME PAGE.
My PEUC expired on 12/19 and I applied for EB20 on 12/23. Since then, I have not received any mail, email, or phone call from UI, and was given no options at the end of Jan. Since the time I applied for EB20, and as of right now, I am still getting the message "Your application has been submitted and will be reviewed. You will be mailed a notice on the outcome of your application. I have been trying to call to cancel my EB20 application for the last month, but have been unable to get through, and when I finally did last week, the person who answered the phone said, "You are on the second PEUC waiting list, so please be patient." When I asked if I needed to cancel my EB20 application, the person who answered the phone said, "You are waiting for the second PEUC.

When you apply for EB20 on December 23, you usually receive an email and should be able to select EB20 cancellation in the UI system, but there were so many locals who did not receive an email and the selection button was not displayed （. Probably because of the old UI system ）. They were able to contact the call center and cancel EB20. So I think it is possible that co2 is also able to do EB20 cancellation.

Probably there is a delay on the UI office side in processing the PEUC 11-week extension. the UI office has officially announced that they will finish processing the PEUC 11-week extension by early March, so why don't you wait all week! ？

If there is no movement this week, I strongly recommend that you keep calling the call center next week and tell them that the MD for the PEUC 11-week extension has not come in. Also, if they tell you again to wait a little longer, you may have to wait.

It is really stressful that it is so hard to get through to them, but please hang in there a little longer.

As I wrote in another topic, I am in the same situation, still no balance increase and no file.

I tried several times to cancel my EB20, but it was not accepted, and like co2, I am still getting the message "Your application has been submitted and will be reviewed. You will be mailed a notice on the outcome of your application.

I also sent an email last week and got a short reply saying "Ok, I noted the changes. The PEUC 2 monetary should be processed next week. No change yet. 、、、、 At any rate, I will wait for this week and if there is still no change, I will call again next week.

It's really stressful. It is reassuring to know that there are others in a similar situation. Keep up the good work ！ I'll let you know if there are any more changes.
