When you start a new job or change payroll companies or HR jurisdictions, you will need to enter "Last Day Worked" when you apply for Reactivate a Claim. Please follow the steps below. Please follow the steps below.

If Worked:
Enter the last day of the week worked. One person received an offer letter after interviewing for a job and turned it down without reason, and the Details section in the filing showed the following, which completely voided his unemployment insurance.

The reason for this is that the employer to whom the applicant was applying reported to the UI office that the applicant had refused the offer letter. This arrangement is the normal rule laid down by the UI Office for companies.

Please be cautious and careful when turning down offer letters without reason, especially since large companies tend to follow this arrangement very closely.

For example, if the offer letter is far from the hourly rate or conditions listed in the job posting, it is a good idea to explain this to the potential employer and keep a copy to show the UI office later.

There were several people on the locals' board who went through the same thing and lost their unemployment insurance eligibility.

[Regarding the recent Glitch （ System Error ）

I saw a share about Glitch and I would like to share it.

Glitch has been happening since last week due to （ ？ ） impact of system implementation of PEUC 11 weeks extension and FPUC $300 per week. From what you said, you have used up your account balance for the very first UI you applied for. The first "PEUC 13-week extension" program ended last year. Currently, those who have used up their UI account balance are in the process of moving to the "PEUC 11-Week Extension" program.

Please wait until the "PEUC 11 Week Extension" application link appears in the UI system. Also, please try to enter the date in the weekly filing and file as much as you can enter.

The current EB20 application is for people who have used up their first "PEUC13 Weeks Extension" account balance and do not need to file yet. coco will use her "PEUC11 Weeks Extension" account balance and then file for EB20.

[Mailing to UI Office]

As the team responsible also mentioned, due to the recession caused by the Corona effect, there have been a lot of thefts during the mailings. In my friend's area, there was an incident where mail left in the delivery truck was stolen when the post office staff was away from the delivery truck to deliver to their respective homes, and the post office sent a letter of apology.

I think the safest way to send mail to the UI office is to have the recipient sign for the mail, which also provides proof that the UI office did indeed receive it.

＃ Related to 751. sharing information for those who have finished using 13 weeks of PEUC and applied for EB20 after 12/13/20.

I called the call center day before yesterday and asked if all the above mentioned people will be automatically switched to PEUC 11 weeks extension.
I was told that the UI will contact the applicant and confirm whether they want to stay on EB20 or switch to the 11-week PEUC extension, as written in ＃ 751.

Some applicants who applied for EB20 may have used up the balance of their PEUC 13-week extension prior to 12/26/20 and chose EB20 to receive benefits for the subsequent 1 or 2 weeks
.

If you switch to the PEUC 11-week extension, you can only apply for retroactive claim from the week of 1/2/21/END, so you will not get these two blank weeks （ You should check yourself when you are contacted by the UI to be sure! ）.

Also, if you reach the Benefit Year End before the remaining balance of your PEUC 11-week extension reaches zero, it is not clear whether you can continue to receive it until you reach 11 weeks after that.

There is also the option of staying on EB20, so you may want to think carefully before switching to the 11-week PEUC extension （ One disadvantage of staying on EB20 is that if your EB20 is denied, you may not be able to return to the 11-week PEUC ） .

Hi Sunset, Good evening everyone.
I have been asked to write about my case of not being able to get even a PEUC certification.
I'd like to write about my case study in the hope that it will be of some help.
On January 12, I suddenly received a call from UI. I think it was an examiner, but he apologized for making me wait so long and told me to take note of what he said and
follow his instructions from now on. First, I was told to put in my 12 weeks of certifications from mid-October today. The last was for January 9. They also told me
all the dates to put it in in decisive detail. He told me that he would take care of it tonight when he was sure it was in.
I checked again an hour later and everything from mid-October to Jan 9 was processed. Only one more account remains,
with an expiration date of April 4. Deposit was also made today.
I was about to give up when I received no response. However, since I had been away from UI for a long time, I realized that PEUC13 had ended on December 26, and that
PEUC11 had been extended, and that I had not thought about EB20.
