窓に当たった鳩が動かない

こんにちは。
昨日家の窓に鳩が当たり、その鳩がそのまま動かず家のベランダにいます。
水など近くに置いているのですが、
あまり飲んだようには見えず、
歩けるようなのですが、
飛ぶ気配はありません。

羽が少し下がっていて怪我をしてるのか
おそらく飛べないんだと思います。

このままベランダで亡くなってしまうのも嫌ですし、動物救助団体などあったらそこで救助してくれないかと思っているのですが、
どなたかそういうところを知ってる方はいらっしゃいませんか？
なかなか鳩を助けるっていうところが見つからず、、
