Hello.

Our house is on the mountain side of the middle floor.

Convenience is perfect.
We don't mind the noise outside on weekends.
(We are a family of three, but no one is home during the day except on weekends, so we don't know how noisy the Renaissance is during the week.
So the barking of dogs in the elevator hall is very loud.
(Maybe because my house is right in front of the hall ？ )
No kidding, I would appreciate a little more discipline.

The neighbor also has a small dog, and the lanai window can't be opened because of the yapping (the owner is probably not home)
If it yaps for more than 3 hours, I call security, but it ends with a warning.

My previous apartment was also pet friendly, but never bothered me like this.

We took the Zip home for our kids' summer vacation. The trip to and from the airport was uneventful, but the return trip was full. Inn on the Park is a 24-hour security condo located on the west side of Waikiki near the Hilton Hawaiian Village and the former Wailana Coffee House
on ・ the ・ Road, just off Kalakaua Avenue and onto Ala Moana Avenue.
The 7-Eleven where the injury occurred is not on Ala Moana Avenue, but back on a street called Ena Road
I won't name the condo, but there are many condos that are much closer to that 7-Eleven.

When measuring geographic convenience when staying in Waikiki, the standard is determined by how close you are to DFS ？, with DFS （ now closed ） considered central.
The best and most convenient location for condos in Waikiki is the area between Royal Hawaiian and Seaside Avenues.
With that in mind, the Inn on the Park is one of the furthest condos from DFS, assuming it is a Waikiki condo. Still, I think it is OK to stay there if it is inexpensive.
