I currently live in Hawaii and have an account at Mitsubishi UFJ Bank. Mitsubishi UFJ Bank uses a one-time ・ password generator for two-step verification, so I am able to transfer money ・ online from Hawaii without any problems. However, I have not actually done this, so I would have to try it to see if the 050 number can be registered as the phone number to which the automatic voice notification will be sent. I think the same is true for Mr. Koji, but why don't you both give it a try? There are many other ways to get a 050 number, such as Skype IN, Brastel, and OCN's 050Plus.
