Opened in 2000 as Hawaii's first restaurant specializing in omusubi, Iyasumu is a pioneer in the Japanese rice ball industry in Hawaii. Our Japanese-style onigiri, which are made with rice and handmade and served freshly cooked, are enjoyed by customers of all nationalities. The most popular item is the Spam onigiri, a perfect combination of Japanese and Hawaiian ingredients. From the basic to the original Spam onigiri with a twist, they have become a familiar part of IYASUME's taste.
