Bilt Rewards Support says they do not issue voided checks but instead issue bank verification letters.
I asked Hawaiiana's Payment Inquiry Team, when setting up SurePay, voided check or bank statement is optional, it is not required. We do inform to double We do inform to double check the information they input Is correct before submitting application.

・ Requirements for earning points
To earn points, they need to make 5 transactions per month using their Bilt credit card.

Also, the first day of every month seems to be a bonus day with points added.
There are also some special bonuses for each month.

The "Evolved Bank and Trust" I wrote was copied and pasted from a reply email from Bilt Rewards Support.

I doubt that SurePay will debit your card properly if you enter Evolve Bank&Trust as the name of your financial institution in the SurePay settings.
I wonder if Wells Fargo might be correct ？.
I will ask Bilt's support department again if the information "Evolve Bank&Trust" is correct.

SurePay登録時の金融機関名はEvolve Bank & Trustで合っているようです。
So you are correct our credit card is issued by Wells Fargo and any credit card related issues would go to them. The reason I brought up Evolve Bank and Trust is because they are the bank we use to issue out rent payments when members are using our service. How the process works is that we would front the money to the land lord that you are making a rent payment to using our bank (Evolve Bank and Trust). And then we would pull the funds out of the link payment method you have with Bilt while avoiding fees and getting 1x points.

If you are renting in a condo that is not Bilt compliant in Bilt, but you are making a credit payment, it doesn't matter if it is Bilt.
If you choose to pay rent on Bilt, the actual payment is just a general check sent to the address ・ you requested, so I think it is possible and you will earn points.

However, I think it would be a violation of the terms and conditions, since the terms and conditions state that Bilt will award points for the rents.

BILT credit card arrived in less than a week （ Heavy as Amex Black card ； ）

HOAFEE has also been processed for automatic debit ！

It will be automatically debited from April.

I joined BILT with a regular Rent payment, but I will record it for future reference.

Payment is via a platform called Appfolio.
The payment is made via ACH because it is not BILT Alliance.
When I entered my account information in Appfolio, I entered my First Name, Last Name as Account Holder and Checking as Account Type as Personal Account.
By the way, when I asked this question in BILT chat, I got a reply in seconds. I was surprised at the speed and accuracy of the reply.
Since I activated BiltProtect, I think it is treated as a Debit payment and will be deducted directly from my bank account.

And I just received a notice from both Appfolio and BILT that the payment has been processed. I was nervous because it was my first payment with BILT, but it looks like it went through.
Appfolio has recently started taking the ACH fee ($ 2.49€), which was not covered by the BILT fee waiver, but was charged here.

Minimum use of BILT （ 5 times ） but I will digest 4 times, excluding Rent payments, in small amounts for me （ because I have other main cards ）.
For example, Amazon gift card charge can be done from $1 per transaction （ It seems to start from $5 if you schedule it ） .
If I can't make very small purchases, I'll charge them to Amazon while I digest the frequency.

There seems to have been an information leak at Wells Fargo, the card issuer, around last year, but it seems to be under control now.
Just to be safe, I have set up my Wells Fargo online account so that I will be contacted when I go online or $ spend more than 10.

I will figure out how to use the points now.
Will I transfer them to airline frequent flyer miles, and if so, which company, or use them as BILT points for travel? etc. etc. etc.
Not very efficient, but they can also be used for Amazon purchases （ Not very efficient since the redemption rate is 0.7%, i.e. 1000 points are worth $7 ）.

I paid my April credit card bill manually from my BILT account page. I made the payment.
I have various other credit cards, but none of them are set up to "pay by automatic debit from a linked bank account" at all.
I always check the billing details of my credit cards because it would complicate the DISPUTE procedure if my credit cards were automatically debited in the event of an incorrect charge.

I also confirmed that food and beverage is triple points ！
Also, on April 1, retail purchases were double points.

My HOA company automatically deducts money from my BILT because they don't charge me a fee by doing an automatic deduction.

It's mutually beneficial for both renters and homeowners to make referrals because the person making the referral is happy to do so.

You mean automatic debit of the HOA, not automatic debit of the credit card payment.
