Good evening. In my case, I am in Queens, and if you search for "queen's medical center covid vaccine" on Google, you can find a special website. If it is your turn to be vaccinated, you can make an appointment on that site. I believe the vaccine will be administered at the Blaisdell site. At the moment, Essential Worker is Pfizer (vaccinated at the hospital. Others will be given the moderna vaccine at Blaisdell, but this will change.

The day's interactions include
1, check-in
2, fill out questionnaire
3, immunization
4, record and next appointment
5, 15 or 30 minutes waiting time (for those with allergy history 30 minutes)

The exchange will include:
- Do not rub the area where you received the vaccination (it is ok to move it)
- Explanation of the next schedule (it varies slightly depending on the vaccine)
- You will receive a vaccine card (be sure to bring it with you the second time you receive the vaccine) - The next appointment will be held in the same room as the first time you receive the vaccination.
- If you are planning to take other vaccines, leave at least 2 weeks between vaccines.
- Consult your doctor about the use of antipyretic/painkiller (Tylenol)

It is recommended that you make your second appointment while you are at the vaccine site. If you need to change it, we recommend that you create an account with mychart, a train chart system.

I saw that others have written in and remembered a few things.

For the second appointment, on the day of the first vaccination, you fill out a questionnaire and give it to the receptionist, who will ask you the date of the second vaccination.
If the date and time is convenient for you, they will write the date and time on the Vaccine Card （ handwritten ） where it says "2nd vaccination" and give it to you.
If it is not convenient for you, they will tell you another available date, and if it is okay, they will make an appointment for you for that date and time.
You will need to bring the card with you for the second vaccination.

Also, after the vaccination, you will be taken to a waiting room-like room where you will wait for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, you will be told that you may go out on your own, so if there is nothing unusual after 15 minutes of waiting, you can go home.
