When I move out of my house, my realtor has asked me to do pest control in addition to cleaning my room.

I have never been asked to do pest control when renting a house before, is this a common practice in Hawaii when moving out ？

I contacted a pest control company and was told it is usually done by the owner, They could not give me an estimate.

I would like to know if anyone has ever done pest control when moving out and can recommend a company.

I would also like to know the approximate price.

I live in Honolulu.

I pay $85 per month for internet wifi at home with Spectrum.

Tmobile advertises the same 5GWifi for $50 per month.

Has anyone switched their home internet from Spectrum to Tmobile ？

Can you still view Youtube and computers and connect at the same speed ？
