In today's post by YouTube Daisuke, there was a case where a passenger was denied boarding at the airport even though the fast track was green.
Paper form （ designated by MHLW is better at the departure airport to avoid misunderstanding ） and at the quarantine stage in Japan Is it like a fast-track passage?

However, many people departing from airports in Hawaii are probably aware of the current quarantine situation in Japan, so
they may allow boarding if it is an optional format or fast-track green that meets the requirements.

Hi
I was scheduled to return home on JAL day before yesterday, and the free CVS inspection
fast track was green, and the next day
I went to the airport and was denied boarding.
I was told that the test was not applicable and that I had to submit a form to prove that I was negative
.

Uh ！ ！ Were you not allowed to board even though your fast track was green ！ ？ Was it because the inspection that the TM family took at CVS was not valid for entry into Japan ？ or because you did not print out the inspection results sent by CVS and put them in paper form? ？ ？ I was going to take the free test at Nomihealth this week and fly home on JAL, but now I am scared …. Thank you for sharing your very frustrating experience ！.

By the way, was your experience at Honolulu airport?
I see such things happen on JAL as well.
I feel like I have learned something about the blind spot of this system when the fast track is green and boarding is not automatically enabled
.

I wonder what was wrong with the CVS certificate ？
I wonder why it was caught at Honolulu airport （ I know ）.
I think a lot of people in Hawaii would have it certified at CVS.
The negative certificate from CVS states the following.
It's been proven negative by the government's prescribed testing methods.
TM's family also had this test type.
