I have just passed my provisional license and have only the practical test left. I am a student and my parents are not in Hawaii and I am a beginner driver, so I would like to attend a driving school.

I am applying online for green card renewal （ 10 years 2nd time ）, how do I find out where was your immigrant visa or adjustment of status issued? I am not sure.
I looked at the mail that came with my green card, and the new one and the one that came with my second （ 10 year renewal ） have different states listed as the mailing address. Should I write either state or service center?
When I contacted the USCIS help desk, the first time I was told that they could not answer such a legal question, and the second time I was told that I had to apply and inquire using form G-639.
The application was filed in Hawaii for both new and renewal.
Can anyone help me out?

I live in a condo with central air conditioning. The wall where the air conditioner is installed is wet, so I reported it to the superintendent's office, and ten days later they responded that there was a water leak from the air conditioner on the upper floor. However, the owner of the upper floor is not helping me.
