Although there are many job postings, the reality is that many companies are completely different from the job posting content or what was said in the interview. After all, we hear that the "talent shortage problem caused by unemployment insurance benefits," as proposed by the Hawaii Restaurant Association, has not been resolved.

While I can understand the position of the employment side, which is desperate to survive the pandemic impact period, some of the contradictory cases seem a bit over the top.
