If you are shown as "Disqualifed" because you worked more than 40 hours in a week or because your labor income was more than your WBA, you will not receive the $300 per week for that week.

On the other hand, if the $300 per week is not included even though it is shown as "Processed," it is possible that the UI office is behind in processing the $300 per week, or that a Glitch has occurred in the applicant's UI account. However, at this time, the locals do not seem to be experiencing any problems with delayed processing, so it may possibly be a Glitch. Please have the call center look into the factors.

I have no money in my bank account and ＄ I could not find the missing 300, so

Only the UI office staff knows, so I can't answer this question. However, since we officially announced at the beginning of this year that we are upgrading the system, it may be that glitches are more likely to occur as a result of this. I heard that the process from inquiry to deposit is done by the system, not by the staff.

I applied for 2nd partial initial after 1 year expired and PEUC balance disappeared and I received an email for 2nd initial.

4/24 2nd Partial initial application
5/5 The mode changed from red text mode to normal mode
26 weeks amount added
5/5 The amount was added, so
Filed for April 24 and May 1 respectively.

5/6 Apr 24th-Disqualified
(because more than WBA: no problem)
5/6 May 1st-Pending(Details not available)
5/6 Letter arrived. WBA has gone down by less than 25.

5/13 May 8-Filed
5/14 May 8- Pending(Details not available)

When I was getting PEUC, if I filed
Pending( Earning weekly report)-Pending(Details not available )-Processed and it took 4 days to deposit.

The May 1 amount was still Pending(Details not available), but since the amount had been added for 26 weeks, I thought the May 1 amount would be Waiting period and I would get it from the next week, so I did not call the UI and filed the May 8 amount. I did not call UI and filed for May 8.

However, May 8 was also filed, and the next day it became Pending (Details not available), and there was no Earning weekly report. I'm worried that it will remain as Pending.

I'm wondering if it's just taking longer than the previous PEUC, or if there was some mistake in the answer to the second initial application and it was treated as Pending without being Approved yet. I thought that the second initial was approved, but was I wrong?

I am not sure how to interpret the current Pending, and I would appreciate it if someone could advise me how to respond. Thank you in advance.

I think there is no problem since the PEUC approval letter was received on May 6.

As you have informed us in #206 of this Topic, it seems that the PEUC September extension program is taking even longer process time this time. In any case, I think it is not a problem on the applicant's side but on the UI office's side, and it may be due to the system upgrade or the more detailed review process.

If the "Details not Available" message has been displayed for more than a month, it is possible that the system has been neglected, and we recommend that you contact the call center. Please read #122 of this Topic for the meaning of "Details not Available".
