Actually, I too thought that EB20 benefits would be available all the way past 13 weeks until the unemployment rate dropped below 5%.

Here is a general summary of what we know as of today and
what we don't know.

- PEUC 11-week extension -
● Corona Unemployment Prevention Program
● Only one application
● 11 weeks paid （ December 27 to close March 13 ）
Application deadline is March 13
●Extension of payment is possible until the end of April 10 as long as the total PEUC period does not exceed 24 weeks （ 24 weeks means 13 weeks for the first half and 11 weeks for the second half ）
●Even if the Benefit Year expires in the middle of receiving benefits, you can still receive benefits. If you have remaining balance in your PEUC 13-week extension account, no application is required&Retroactive OK
●If you used up your PEUC 13-week extension account balance after the December 26th closing date, no application is required&Retroactive OK application not required&retroactive OK
●If you used up your PEUC 13-week extension account balance before the December 19th closing date, retroactive OK after the January 2nd closing date, but not for the December 19th and 26th closing dates
