I have been using this topic since the beginning of PEUC and your words have helped me a lot.
I have just started to write here because I am in the exact same situation as you and I wanted to share with you.

First of all, I would like to say that like Inquiry,
I am also in the same situation as you ＃ 84 （ 3) for the second time in another topic PEUC.

In chronological order
○12/20 PEUC 12/12,19 minutes file.

○12/22 Balance becomes Exhausted.

○12/23 Apply for EB20 after much trouble and receive confirmation email.

○12/29 My account was dated 9/20/20-3/21/21 since the new PEUC file from regular UI, so nothing changed on the display and it stayed like this. \The date was still 9/20/20-3/21/21, so nothing changed and my account remained the same. screen is still in PEUC.

And then, as Inquiry asked,
I saw the announcement on 1/5/2010
*If you filed for EB20 after December 13, 2020, your claim is not being processed. You will be notified regarding your decision to apply for EB20.
This explanation made me think.
Do I have to do something ？

The application to cancel the
EB20 application, also explained in the PEUC 2nd topic, came to mind at the same time.

I was not sure what I should do now, so I called the UI office(586-8970) yesterday.
The response was honestly not very pleasant, but she explained that
"you have already applied for EB20, just wait for the money to be paid".
In addition, the response to a question I had
about Reactivate was
"After approval, you will be able to file after you Reactivate. If you do it now, you can't do anything."
In fact, I clicked Reactivate while on the phone and couldn't do anything.

As for canceling the EB20 application and changing it to a PEUC extension
"You can't do that because you've already applied for EB, your benefit is until 3/21/21, so you will receive EB until then"
Here I am, but there is no guarantee that it will be approved. There's no guarantee ？ and when I asked him, he said the same thing, "Your Benefit is due 3/21/21, so wait until then".

Add $ Regarding the 300 payment, will I be paid for this period of time now that I am done with PEUC and my EB is not approved?
"We don't know how we will be paid because we haven't started anything either."

I don't know if there are some details that would be explained differently if this were another official, but
in the end, I decided to understand that right now I am only in the same wait for approval status as when I applied for the first PEUC.
But not knowing how long that will be ？
is one of the problems that makes us anxious.

I read each of Inquiry's and Candy's posts, and I have the impression that they are in different situations, so I note the following just in case.

If all weeks up to the end of December 26 are Processed and paid, then the PEUC will be extended for 11 weeks, as stated in the official announcement. If you have already applied for EB20, it would be better to process the cancellation.

If the first PEUC account balance is already gone before the December 19th deadline, it is up to the applicant to decide whether to start with the 11-week PEUC extension or EB20.

As for the $300 per EPUC week, it will not be paid until that week is shown as Processed, just like the previous $600 and $300 for LWA. If there is a delay in processing the fund from the federal government to the Hawaiian government, we will be in the same situation as during the LWA when the disbursement was delayed.

I have spoken with the team responsible for this, and it seems that the only thing to do now is to wait. Some people said that the UI office would probably contact them by letter, phone, etc. to reconfirm their intent to apply for EB20 ？, while others said that it is possible that the review and approval process could go forward without them ever being contacted.

the advice from the call center seems to be still scattered, so if you have a question that seems unprecedented, please ask the call center immediately like Candy did. Mr. Inquiry,

Since Mr. Inquiry commented in #711 that the last PROCESSED on December 26, I assumed that the 26th closing was PROCESSED and credited.

If the December 26th closing was not "PROCESSED" due to the lack of the 1st PEUC account balance, then as you said, the process is to choose either the PEUC 11 week extension or EB20.

Thank you for your prompt comments.
The last closing date is for the Saturday, December 19 date （ CLAIM is the following Sunday, December 20 ）.
At the time of CLAIM, the balance was exactly used up and the balance was ZERO.
（ However, the wording displayed later was ＄ Exhausted, not 0. ）
*PROCESSED （ The actual date of payment ） was December 27, a full week later.
