If you click on the "FPUC Tracker" tag at the top of the page, you will see the status list for each state at the bottom of the page that opens. In the case of Hawaii, as of today, January 1, it is in "NOT READY" status, but when it switches to "IMPLEMENTING" status, it means that it is close to being paid.

At this time, there has been no official announcement as to whether the payment will be automatic, as was the case with the $600 per week, or whether the procedure will be to answer questions that appear automatically, as was the case with the $300 LWA.

The $300 per week will be available to those who will receive UI, PUA, PEUC 11 week extension, and EB20 between December 27, 2020 and the close of March 13, 2021. If you are indicated as "Disqualified" due to working more than 40 hours per week or earning more than your WBA, you will not receive $300 for that week. In addition, if the "Pending" status is changed to "Processed", you will receive the payment.

After much consideration, I decided to apply for EB20 today.
My current situation is as follows.

★ PEUC account balance is zero
★ Claim has expired on 12/29/2020
★ I logged into UI site and checked Claim Inquiry
Claim: 09/27/2020 - 12/29/2020
Claim 03/15/2020 - 03/14/2021
I see two types.

My employer has a union and I am a member of the union, so I clicked "YES" and another question appeared,
If Yes, are you registered and in good standing? *
I was asked "Yes" to the question.

Does this mean "I have already asked the union to place me in another job and it is in progress" ？
Currently I have not asked the union to place me in a job and I do not believe the union has done so.
I am torn between YES and NO.
If anyone knows anything about this question, could you please advise me ？

I think you can answer NO to the question "Will a labor union refer you to your next job?" after reconfirming directly with the union that the union has no job placement activity itself at all. Please check with the union to be sure, because it is not impossible that they may actually have a job placement program and report it to the Department of Labor, even if they are not engaged in job placement activities for Mr. Kapahulu.
