失業保険が未だにもらえてない私のパターン

私は３月にバケーションで日本に行き、後に飛行機が飛ばなくなり、さらに会社からも解雇され最近半年間ぶりにハワイに戻ってきましたが、日本で何度かUIの申請をしたせいか、おそらく私のアカウントはscam扱いとなっておりすべての申請がペンディングのままで未だに一銭も支給されておりません。事情を説明するのに何度もEメールを送ったり最近は毎日朝から1000回以上電話をかけていますが、返信のメールや一度も電話が繋がったことがありません。今まで毎年ハワイ州に散々多額の税金を納めてきていたのにとても納得がいきせん。
どなたかアドバイスがあれば教えてください。よろしくお願い致します。
