My sense is that with letter or card it usually takes 10 ～ 14 days, but if you are unlucky 3 ～ 4 weeks, and rarely 1 week. If you use Registered Mail just to be sure, it usually takes 2 ～ 3 weeks. In the worst case, the mail came back 5 weeks later with a stamp saying "Unable to deliver to destination", even though the address was correct. （ This must be a problem with Japan Post. ） EMS packages usually take about a week to arrive, but they are expensive, so I use Yamato or FEDEX. Hello. I took the 3 year old test at Central Union this past January. I wanted to put my daughter in a pre-school (3 year old class ， I was 2 years old and my daughter was born in June and she was much younger than the children born in August/September.

This is off topic, but I have found that even in Japanese companies and restaurants, if you expect the same service as in Japan, you may be disappointed or surprised.
But I love Tonkatsu Tamato because the food is of Japanese quality and the service is courteous and friendly.

You will also receive a new resist when the new plates are mailed. The sticker is enclosed as well, so don't worry.
You will have to replace the plate yourself when you receive it, so please apply the sticker at that time.
You can keep the old plate if you are not requested to return it. I gave mine as a souvenir to a friend who came to visit from Japan.

When you buy a new car, you can ask the dealer to keep your license plate number.
You can also do it yourself.
