コンドミニアム/アパートメント

クレジットヒストリーがなくても借りれるコンドミニアム、アパートメントを探しています。2ベッド2バスで2000ドル前後、ワイキキ、アラモアナ、その周辺が希望です。
なかなかこちらの不動産を通しては厳しいので、個人オーナーと話をして借りれたらと思っています。一年以上の長期で借ります。
情報ありましたらよろしくお願いします。

私は不動産を介して借りましたが、銀行の残高を見せたらクレジットヒストリーが無くても直ぐに物件が決まりましたよ。だけど、ワイキキ周囲の2ベッドで2000ドルはちょっと難しいかもしれないです。低層アパートだったらあるかもしれないけど、お勧めしません。Good luck :)
