地元の方達はどのようにして仕事を見付けているのですか？
日系の新聞とかに求人欄とかありますか？日系の新聞とか雑誌とかどのような物があるのでしょうか
よろしければ教えて頂きたいと思います。

友人・家族の紹介というのも多いです。卒業大学・同職人等のネットワークでリズムを出した場合、ほぼ決定します。職種にもよると思いますが、資格の必要なものは殆どがこの方法で募集しますので、新聞に掲載される事は少ないです。

日刊サンという新聞があります。英語ですがホノルルアドバタイザーという新聞もあります。ちなみに私は日刊サンで現在の仕事を見つけました。
