Advantages
1. close to home

I liked the Straub system so much that I chose Straub as my primary care physician as well.
We try to go to Straub as much as possible, even when we go to other departments, so we can keep track of everything in MyChart.

I go to Dr. Gekkawa but every time I just get my meds, I think it's too expensive with the office visit charge, so I decided to switch to Straub and the little Straub in Ward said they were booked up and I couldn't get one. I also have mychart counts so I can see my past meds used by myself, which I think is useful.
I would like to find a good doctor. If there are any good female doctors in straub, please let me know. I was just making a call to change to straub

I have a Dr. Iizuka （ male ） who is fluent in Japanese who works at the Straub in Ward where Zara1120 went and is a primary care doctor.
Once, I had a routine gynecological checkup, and when I made the appointment, the receptionist suggested, "Would you prefer a female doctor ？?", so I was assigned only that checkup to Dr. Akolea Ioane （ female ） who works at the Ward. Dr. Ioane was charming and kind, although she does not speak Japanese.

When I went to Urgent Care in Straub when I first moved here, I told the receptionist that I was looking for a primary care doctor, and she gave me a list of doctors who were accepting new patients at that time, with their offices. Straub for a list of doctors who were accepting new patients at that time and the offices where they worked.

・ Urgent Care
Straub's Urgent Care does not require an appointment. I have only used the clinic in Waikiki, so I don't know about the status of Urgent Care in Ward.
The doctors at Urgent Care in Waikiki are on duty, so it is random which doctor will see you, but I have never had a bad experience with them and have been very satisfied.

I called Straub and was told they don't take new patients, straub primary care in ward. I believe that there is a long wait for hours for Urgent Care as well. I went in and asked them and they said the same thing as on the phone. I like straub too. I can manage it by myself, and I can see my patients on video, which is really convenient.
I heard that there is a patient who goes to this fluent Japanese doctor and he said he doesn't take new patients. It is located at Ward Whole Foods. I couldn't get a new patient online, so I have to call every time. I will call again. Thank you very much.

Thank you Straub's fan for such detailed information. Dr. Iizuka of Ward is a young man, isn't he? I still prefer a female doctor.
I was told that once I find a primary care doctor, I can book my next appointment through his/her website
When I called, I was told that there is a possibility of availability in the middle of the month. Ward said something about 3 doctors moving on.
Straub at Ward is about 20 minutes from my house and far away but the office is beautiful and I like it. Thanks and I will keep you posted.
