オアフ島でのホテル情報教えてください。

６月の初旬にホノルルに１週間ちょっと旅行を考えているのですが、お勧めのホテルありますか？
シェラトンとかハイアットみたいな高級なホテルではなくて、もうちょっと安くて、ハワイ気分を味わえるところがいいです。
LlimaホテルとかAloha Surf & Spaホテルなんかはどうなのでしょうか？
安くてサービスがちゃんと整ってるところを探しています。
・海から近い
・簡単なキッチンがついてる
・交通の便がいい（バス停に近い）
この三つは絶対条件です。
お勧め情報や、｢ここ泊まったことあるけどすごく良かったよ！｣的な情報をお待ちしています。
